We have implemented a comprehensive Covid-19 safety and response plan, and our team is thoroughly trained and proficient in Covid-19 safety protocols, response procedures, and outbreak management.
Additionally, all of our staff members are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, including the necessary booster shots.

TAILOR SUPPORT & CARE SERVICES YOUR WAY
At Pride Connect, we serve individuals who are NDIA-managed, self-funded, self-managed, or plan-managed. We operate on a straightforward yet effective principle: focusing on your abilities, your goals, and, most importantly, how we can provide support tailored to your needs. We actively listen, document, and take action in partnership with you and your loved ones. We consistently track your progress and make adjustments as needed, working closely with you and your support network on a regular basis. This may also involve your Support Coordinator or Local Area Coordinator. Through collaborative efforts, we explore the best options to achieve the optimal outcomes for you and your loved ones.

We come to you to Discuss
For the initial consultation regarding the support we can provide, we will visit you at your convenience in the comfort of your own home or alternatively you could come to our office. One of our specialist team members will coordinate this meeting at a time that works best for you and your loved ones.
We recommend preparing a list of the supports you would like to discuss prior to the meeting to facilitate a comprehensive discussion. If any supports are omitted, they can be added at a later stage.
